These Terms of Service govern your use of the VRIXON website and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by Vrixon Pty Ltd (registration in progress), [TO SUPPLY: ABN once issued], an Australian-owned business shipping from Queensland, Australia ("VRIXON", "we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pre-launch status

VRIXON is currently in pre-launch. Our checkout and payment processing are not yet live: you can browse the site, but orders cannot yet be placed and no payment will be taken. Stripe is integrated as our payment processor but is not yet live, and Afterpay will be offered as a buy now, pay later option when checkout launches. These terms will apply to orders once the checkout opens.

Products and descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, including images, descriptions and sizing. Product information may contain errors or become out of date, and we may correct or update it at any time without notice.

Pricing and shipping

All prices shown on the site include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Shipping is free on orders over $100 (inc. GST); a flat $9.95 shipping fee applies below that. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days; most domestic orders arrive within 13 to 19 days of dispatch, and international orders take 5 to 10 business days. Orders ship from Queensland, Australia.

Orders and acceptance

Once checkout launches, placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. We may accept or decline any order, and a contract is formed only when we accept your order. Age requirements

All content on this site — including the VRIXON name, logos, designs, images and text — is owned by or licensed to Vrixon Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any site content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the paragraph above, we exclude all other warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or a purchase to, at our option, resupplying the affected goods or services or paying the cost of resupply.
