Returns & Exchanges

Our policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Email hello@vrixon.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label for Australian orders.
3. Drop the parcel at any post office.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Exchanges

If your size is not right, we offer free size exchanges on Australian orders. International exchanges require the customer to cover return shipping.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
